Each morning began with a generous breakfast featuring local homemade products that truly celebrated the region's rich flavors. One evening, I dined in the on-site Pantheon Restaurant, where I enjoyed the best-cooked rooster I've had in years. The dish was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing fresh ingredients and traditional techniques that resonate with the authentic spirit of Greek cuisine. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, allowing for a perfect dining experience. The adjoining Astra Snack Bar offered a charming spot for coffee and light meals, complementing the overall dining experience. The staff, particularly Mrs Voula, brought a personal touch that made me feel at home.
